DOMESTIC PAYMENTS... Payment
for domestic orders will be accepted via the following: - Paypal or Credit Card via the “Shopping Cart”, telephone or email
- Money Order
- Personal Check
PAYPAL / CREDIT CARD:
You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay via credit card. Simply follow the directions through the
“Shopping Cart”. All credit card processing, either by email or via the “Shopping
Cart” is done through PayPal, a secure internet service, so we will never see your credit card account number.
The "Shopping Cart" is the best value for shoppers that do not wish to purchase insurance. You pay
only the cost of the item because shipping is FREE! For insuring items, see the "E-Mail" instructions. PHONE: If you wish to phone in your credit card order, please call

If no one is available to take your order, please leave your name, phone number and the item number you wish to purchase.

that will complete the transaction between you and the Paypal service. Foxfire will never see your credit card information.
You will be sent a confirming email from PayPal when your payment has been accepted. Please
remember, only Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted. You may use email for purchases with
or without insurance. MONEY ORDERS or PERSONAL CHECKS: Domestic money oders and personal
checks will be accepted. Please call (931) 629-5588 or send an email with your name, address, item number
and discription of the jewelry you wish to purchase to fox.fire@hughes.net . I will reply to your email with your final cost and further
instructions for mailing your check or money order. Please allow 3 banking days from the time your
check/M.O. is recieved for your payment to be confirmed before merchandise will be shipped. Tennessee
residents will be charged 9.75% sales tax at check-out.

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS...
Payment for international orders will be accepted via PayPal or credit card only (Visa, MasterCard,
American Express or Discover cards are accepted). This will be done through the Shopping Cart button that
appears in the description of each piece of jewelry. The shipping rate is the exact rate charged by the US Priority
Mail Small Flat Rate Box service. This charge is $19.95 US Dollars for Canada and $23.95 US Dollars for all
other countries. We ship to all countries that can receive US Priority Mail. You do not need to have
a PayPal account in order to pay via credit card. Just click on the images of the credit cards once you have
entered the Shopping Cart. If you have any questions or need some help in processing your order, simply send an email
to fox.fire@hughes.net with the following information: You may pay from a Paypal account if you have one, but you do
not need a Paypal account to pay with a credit card. Paypal is the service that we use to process your credit card information.
It is a safe way to process your payment with a credit card because Foxfire will never see your credit card number.
You will recieve a confirmation of your credit card payment directly from the PayPal service. After your payment
has been confirmed, your items will be shipped. We accept credit card payment from Visa, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover. We do not accept
personal checks or money orders from outside the United States. No international telephone orders will be accepted.

Privacy Policy... Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the
user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration
dates and billing addresses are processed by the Paypal system and we never see your credit card number. It
is a very safe way to shop. Your address is provided to us for mailing your purchases only. We promise never to
share your information with any other person or service.

Shipping Policy...
ALL DOMESTIC orders will be shipped FREE of charge via US Postal Service
First Class Mail or Priority Mail. INTERNATIONAL orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service International
Priority Mail, a cost-effective service that sends packages to 51 different countries. Packages can be shipped to all
countries that are included in the USPS International Priority Mail service. International shipping charges will be
added to your order at the rate of $12.95 for Canada and Mexico, and $16.95 for all other countries covered in the USPS International
Priority Mail service. Unfortunately, no tracking service is available for USPS International Priority Mail.

Returns... Foxfire
really wants you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you
may return your order and recieve a refund with no questions asked, but only if the item is undamaged. You must
first email Foxfire Vintage Jewelry at fox.fire@hughes.net within 24 hours of reciept of purchase to notify us of your intention to return. We
will give you mailing instructions at that time. Upon our reciept of the items, your money will be refunded.
For returns, only the cost of the
item is eligible for refund. Your shipping costs to return the item are not refundable. Items that
are not returned within 5 working days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping, insurance and fees.
