1940's Vintage silver vermeil pin by Van Dell.  This is a lovely delicate design typical of the 1940's era.  Gold vermeil over sterling bow with fine wire loops and flowing floral foliage surround a garnet colored prong set chaton cut rhinestone.  Below are two prong set moonstone cabachons.   This wonderful pin also has a bail in the back so it can also be worn as a pendant.  Measures 1 3/4" tall by 1" wide.   SORRY!
