Authentic 1920s Art Deco sterling silver ring with clear rhinestone features the wonderful filigree found in jewelry from this Gatsby period.  The clear rhinestone sits high, raised by filigree bars supporting an octagonal setting for the round chaton clear rhinestone.  The rhinestone is set deeply in the setting and retains it's original sparkle.  The back of the ring shows a bullet-shaped backing to the stone which is likely the reason for it's excellent condition.  Pretty wheat leaf shapes are stamped into the sides of the shank making this an excellent costume imitation of a white gold diamond ring in the Art Deco style. Marked “Sterling” in the inside of the shank, it measures a size 7 and is in excellent condition.
