This lovely compact has an exquisite jeweled "brooch" afixed to the cover consisting of pale pink, amber, blue, aqua and topaz colored rhinestones set in gold-tone cups resembling good bezel set jewelry.  The compact has a latch cover but contains no powder.  Two thin fabric "puffs" are included though I don't believe they are original.  Unfortunatly the mirror has a broken corner and two spots of worn backing on the mirror.  The price has been reduced because of this. The brushed gold-tone case is in good condition with some wear to the front and back.  Still, this compact is both usable and collectable as is.  A lovely and feminine piece, it measures 3" long and 2 3/8" wide and is marked on the bottom of the powder's compartment with "Made in U.S.A."
