This nice Sacred Heart vintage medal is lightly enameled with blue and white rays emanating from the figure of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Below Him is an inscription of the Latin words “Agnus Dei”.  This medal is reversible with a plaque of the infant being held by mother Mary also known as the Infant of Prague.  Below these figures the inscription reads “Ave Maria”.  The infant plaque is not enameled but is nicely decorated with ornate scrollwork.  Measuring 1 inch long and ½ inch wide, this medal has an attractive shape and is nicely embellished by the use of the enamel.  A 17 inch gold tone chain and new gold filled bale is included.
