Superb sterling and enameled necklace is a wonderful design of half-moon links joined together with smaller decorative links shaped like tiny bugs.  Each link is enameled in an electric  silvery blue over a gently curved engraved line adding interest and a flowing shape to this modern art jewelry treasure.  This piece is marked “Sterling Denmark” on the clasp and is a fine example of Scandinavian modern jewelry circa the 1960s to 70s such as the pieces made popular by David Andersen.  The half-moon shapes are each 1 1/4” long and the entire necklace is 15” long and is joined together in the back with a unique elongate silver rice shaped clasp.
