Necklaces - Art Deco Sterling Filigree Glass Pendant - SOLD!
SORRY, THIS ITEM HAS ALREADY BEEN SOLD! This filigree pendant in sterling silver is a fine example of the lacy 1920s style. This lovely necklace is an elongated
drop of fine filigree set with two small clear rhinestones. The tip of the pendant has a cabochon stone carved in an
alternating fan shaped creating a clear and frosted sunburst pattern in the style of fruit salad carved glass. This
stone is prong set on an ornate background. The remainder of the filigree points upward to an engraved bail and is attached
to a paper clip type chain used frequently in this style of Art Deco jewelry. The pendant is 1 3/4” long not including
the bail, by 5/8” wide at its widest point. The chain is 15 1/2” long and is not marked. The back
of the pendant is stamped with the maker's mark “D.B.Sterling”.
