This regal shield shaped brooch features ferocious looking winged lions atop antiqued brass open scrollwork.  The coat of arms sits on top of two layers of sunburst designs and has blue and red enamel with some white embellishments on the crest itself.  This pin/pendant also has a good sized loop on the back to convert to a pendant.  Coat of arms jewelry or heraldry jewelry was popular in the 1940's to early 50's and is both collectible and beautiful.  It would look great on a coat or jacket as a pin or on a sweater as a pendant.  Great for wearing at a Renaissance Fair.  Measures 2" wide and 1 3/4" tall.  No chain was included with this piece but it will easily accommodate your own chain if you wish to wear it as a necklace.
