This is a spectacular Weiss smoke grey rhinestone set from the mid 1950s.  The brooch is very beautiful with a layered mass of prong set smoke grey rhinestones.  The shapes and sizes vary with round chaton and marquis shapes.  Three silver tone swirls of "icing" accent the center with clear rhinestones.  The back is rhodium plated with the "Weiss" stamp.  The brooch measures close to 2 1/2" long by 2" wide.  The matching earrings are clip backed with the "Weiss" stamp on the clip.  They echo the stone shapes and sizes with one clear rhinestone silver toned swirl in the center and measure 1" long by 3/4" wide.  This wonderful collectible set is in excellent condition.
