Vintage Beads - David Kuo Champleve Gemstone Beads - SOLD!
Breathtakingly beautiful describes the candy colors of this gorgeous torsade of beads topped
off with a champleve enameled butterfly signed by artist David Kuo. The strands of beads are round mother-of-pearl,
amethyst nuggest, aventurine nuggets and pink quartz nuggets. This summer pastel necklace looks like cotton candy and
can be worn as four straight strands or twisted to form a torsade. The clasp is champleve enameled in stunning shades
of pink, mauve, violet and green accented by the feminine gold butterfly often seen in David Kuo's line of jewelry that originated
in California in the 1980s. Kuo's work is quickly becoming a collectible item because of his stunning designs and beautiful
color combinations. This is the only necklace that I have ever seen of his collection. In excellent condition,
it is 18 1/2" long. SORRY. THIS ITEM HAS ALREADY BEEN SOLD!
