These are beautiful solid sterling silver cufflinks measuring 1" in diameter and are 2mm (about 1/16") thick.  The surface is brushed in the center with an engraved edging.  These cufflinks are in their original box from Wiss Jewelers founded in 1848.  The Wiss Jewelry Company of Paramus, NJ attracted a lot of attention in 1969 when they comissioned the cutting of a 16 carat pink pear shaped diamond from a 45 1/2 carat rough diamond. Known for quality jewelry, this cufflink set is marked with a makers mark "R B Co." and the word "Sterling". It has a swivel bar closure and comes in its original Wiss box.  Circa the late 60s to 70s, they are in excellent condition.
