This is a simple and elegant brooch made of a faintly banded agate who's color blends from a
dusty rose to caramel. It is bezel set in an unmarked setting that looks like a silver twisted rope and may be of a
lower silver content than sterling. Still, the brooch is very well made measuring 1 1/4" wide by 3/4" tall. The
vintage is circa 1940's - 1950's.
