P&H Edwardian Gold Plated Bangle Bracelet
This is a lovely engraved rolled gold plate bangle marked by the P&H Company
dating from 1890 - 1910 made in a style popular in the Edwardian period. The bracelet is hinged with a fold-over
clasp and has a very fine original safety chain. The face is embossed with a pretty floral pattern that is set against
a background of a stippled texture pattern. Graceful symmetrical swirls of foliage frame the flowers in a pattern that
repeats on both sides. When viewed from the top, the bracelet is oval in shape with the largest opening measuring 2
1/2" in diameter. The bracelet is 3/4" wide and is marked on the inside "1-30 10k P&H" and is
in very good condition. There is a very slight scratch on one side which is shown in the large photograph. The
other side of the bracelet is identical with no flaws. View of the clasp:
