Molded Glass and Ceramic Bead Choker
This vintage choker necklace dates from the 1930's or earlier. Purchased from
its original owner, it consists of alternating burnt orange and green beads with textured floral brass end caps and clear
spacer beads. The burnt orange beads are a rectangular pillow shape with smoth "woven" designs on top
of a pebbled background. The green beads are round with unusual folds that make them look like fabric. One of
the green beads has some chips that are noted in the picture below. These chips are not major and pose no threat the
the strength of the bead or the overall look of the necklace. This piece resembles Czechoslovokian or German beads and
are strung on a fine chain measuring 14 1/2" long. Detail of chip:
