This is a richly ornate domed filigree pin from the Middle East.  Designs of this kind are found in Turkish, Persian and also Israeli jewelry.  Six tiny domes of curled filigree silver encircle a larger central dome.  This is a lovely brooch set on a flat back.  The tip of the pin protrudes which is a characteristic of Persian pins.  There is a marking on the back of the pin, however, I have not found a matching identification for this piece.  The letters do look Arabic which is in keeping with the style.  Measures 1 3/8" in diameter.
