Stunning is the word for these gorgeous dangle earrings from the 1940's Victorian revival era.  Each earring has a beautiful faux opal surrounded by a half-moon shape of amethyst colored rhinestones.  From this drops a round "birdcage" of stones with a ring of moonstone cabachons at the top and bottom and two rings of amethyst colored rhinestones in the center.  From the bottom hang a pointed "plumb" of gold tone.  All stones are riveted and prong set and in wonderful condition.  These earrings have a screw back and measure 2 1/4" long.
