This beautiful necklace is made of hand blown Venetian wedding cake beads of various colors.  They are decorated with gold flecked stripes and swirls and dotted with pastel colored decoration.  They were purchased from their original owner who dates them from the 1940's.  They are in excellent condition with no flaws.  Each bead is 10 to 11 mm in diameter and they are linked together on a gold chain measuring 27.5" in length.
