Diamond shaped ruby colored rhinestone is surrounded by clear rhinestones set in a pavé heart-like shape. A small oval ruby rhinestone drop with tiny clear rhinestone hangs below much like the style of a lavalier.  This pendant is from the 1950's to 1960's with a shiny goldtond backing.
