This delicate estate pendant may be an unmarked piece from designer Leo Glass. It features a nicely designed scrollwork with prong set clear chaton rhinestones.  One lone teardrop rhinestone dangles from the pendant.  All is set in silver tone with a replacement chain from a more recent era. The chain measures 15 1/2 inches and the pendant is 1 3/4" from the bale to the end of the drop.  Leo Glass produced pieces very similar to this pendant as shown in the early 1950's.  SORRY.
